I grew up in Guildford surrounded by property. It is what my family does, so I have been hearing about lettings, landlords and the ups and downs of the market for as long as I can remember.

When it came to choosing what I wanted to do, joining the industry felt less like a decision and more like the obvious next step. I wanted to learn it properly though, from the frontline, meeting people and dealing with real homes rather than reading about it.
